Oracle Acquires Relsys International
Redwood City-based Oracle announced this morning that it has agreed to acquire Relsys International, a developer of drug safety and risk management products for the health sciences industry. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. According to Oracle, the buy will bring "significant domain knowledge and experience" to Oracle. Relsys will become part of its Health Sciences Global Business Unit.
