Redwood City-based ReputationDefender, which provides services to help people manage their Internet reputation, is in the midst of raising $5.4M in funding, and has so far raised $3.0M of that funding, according to a regulatory filing. According to the filing, the new funding comes on top of an earlier, announced Series A funding in August of last year worth $2.6M from Maples Investments, RP/JA Investments and European Founders Fund. Source of the new funding was not disclosed.
