Integrated Silicon Solution Acquires Enable Semiconductor
San Jose-based Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc., a maker of SRAM and DRAM memory, said Monday afternoon that the firm has acquired Taiwan- and Korea-based Enable Semiconductor Corporation. The deal was worth $3.5M plus potential earnout. Enable Semiconductor was a subsidiary of Nanoamp Solutions, and is a manufacturer of single data rate (DR) and double data rate (DDR) SDRAM.
