San Jose-based embedded imaging and optical devices manufacturer Tessera Technologies announced Wednesday that it has concluded its acquisition of certain assets of Dblur Technologies Ltd. Terms of the transaction, which was originally made public on April 30, were not disclosed. Headquartered in Israel, Dblur develops software lens technology for cell phone cameras and other imaging applications. Tessera said it has acquired certain Dblur assets as well as some Dblur intellectual property and specific customer agreements. Tessera also said it has hired a number of former Dblur employees.
