Lithium Buys Keibi
Emeryville-based Lithium Technologies announced Tuesday that it has acquired Keibi Technologies, a developer of automated content discovery, analysis, and moderation software for user-generated content and online communities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Keibi was backed by Hunt Ventures and Catamount Ventures, and was based in San Francisco.
