Certify Data Systems Raises Series B
San Jose-based Certify Data Systems, a developer of software for connecting clinical information systems in hospitals and physicians' offices, said Tuesday that the firm has closed a round of Series B funding. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed, however, a recent regulatory filing places the funding round at $1.59M. The funding was led by Ziegler Healthvest Partners LP.
