InQuira Names VP
San Bruno-based InQuira, a developer of software for web help and contact center support, said Tuesday that it has appointed Stephen Raye as the firm's Vice President of Customer Experience Strategies. Raye was the founder of eVergance, a management and technology consulting firm acquired by Kana Software in 2007; he has also served at Sprint and Anderson Consulting (Accenture). InQuira is venture backed by Partech International, Investor Growth Capital, and Sutter Hill Ventures.
