Google Launches Social Search
Mountain View-based Google said Monday afternoon that it has launched a new feature called Google Social Search, which returns information relevant to your social circle first ahead of other results. According to Google, the experiment--from its Google Labs effort--highlights public content from friends and contacts and highlights it at the bottom of search results for the site.
