Fortify Acquires New Jersey Firm
Santa Clara-based Fortify Infrastructure Services, a provider of IT services, said it has acquired New Jersey-based UCA Services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. UCA Services is a managed service provider offering data center and system management services, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of NetFabrics Holdings. Fortify said the acquisition would help it provide its infrastructure services to financial services, life sciences, health care, and hospitality sectors.
