Ephox Acquires WebRadar
Palo Alto-based Ephox, a developer of software for the web content management area, said today that it has acquired WebRadar, a product line owned by Web Presence Architects. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The firm said that it will incorporate WebRadar, software used to proactively monitor and manage web content management packages, into its suite of solutions over the next quarter.
