Vindicia Names COO, CFO
Redwood City-based Vindicia, a developer of software used to manage subscription billing, said today that it has named Mark Resnick as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the firm. Resnick joins the firm from Transera Communications, where he was also COO and CFO. Resnick has also served at Coremetrics, CrossLogix, Method Networks, ProBusiness and Coopers & Lybrand. Vindicia is venture backed by ONSET Ventures, Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments, DCM and Leader Ventures.
