Mimosa Systems has been acquired by archiving firm
Iron Mountain, in a deal worth $112M in cash. Iron Mountain announced the deal this morning, saying the buy will provide the company with an integrated archive for email, SharePoint data and files, as well as an on-premise archiving option to complement its existing cloud archive services. Mimosa was venture backed by August Capital, Clearstone Venture Partners, Focus Ventures, JAFCO American Ventures, Lighthouse Capital Partners, and Mayfield.
