Paglo Acquired By Citrix Online
Menlo Park-based Paglo Labs, a developer of IT search and management tools, has been acquired by Citrix Online. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Citrix said it has hired all of Paglo's founder and staff as part of the acquisition, and launched a new IT management service--GoToManage--based on Paglo's products. Citrix said the acquisition was made earlier this year. Paglo co-founder and CEO Brian de Haaff is now Senior Product Director, IT Services for Citrix Online.
