Sierra Atlantic Buys Baytree Associates
Fremont-based Sierra Atlantic, a provider of outsourcing of Oracle and product engineering, announced earlier this week that it has acquired Baytree Associates, a Charlotte, North Carolina based Oracle solutions provider of consulting firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Sierra Atlantic said that the buy will extends its presence in the Easter United States. Baytree Associates was founded in 1994.
