Scout Labs Acquired by Lithium Technologies

San Francisco-based Scout Labs, a provider of social media and brand tracking tools, has been acquired by Lithium Technologies, Scout Labs announced today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The deal has rumored to have been in the $20-$25M cash and stock range, although the firms have not confirmed any of those rumors. Scout Labs was headed by Jennifer Zeszut.
