Synopsys Completes Virage Logic Buy
Mountain View-based Synopsys said Thursday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of Virage Logic. Synopsys said the deal was worth $12.00 per cash per Virage Logic share, or approximately $315M. The deal had originally been announced in June.
