TIBCO Buys Proginet
Palo Alto-based TIBCO Software said Thursday that it has closed its acquisition of Proginet Corporation, a developer of software for secure file transfers. The deal was worth $19.6M, and originally announced in June. TIBCO said the acquisition would augment its broader software infrastructure offerings.
