4Home Acquired By Motorola
Sunnyvale-based 4Home, a developer of software for energy management, home security and monitoring, and more, has been acquired by Motorola Mobility. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. Motorola Mobility said 4Home's team will work on Motorola's connected home services platform. 4Home was venture backed by mass-market rollout. 4Home, Inc. is based in Sunnyvale, CA, and its investors include Pond Venture Partners, Parker Price Venture Capital and Verizon.
