Taleo Buys Cytiva
Dublin, California-based Taleo Corporation, which develops software as a service products for talent management, said Tuesday that it has signed an agreement to acquire Cytiva, a developer of on-demand recruiting software. The deal was worth $11M Canadian in cash. Taleo said the deal will extend its customer base.
