DotNetNuke Buys Active Modules
San Mateo-based DotNetNuke said today that it has acquired Active Modules, a developer of social collaboration software for the firm's platform. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Active Forums develops software for creating user forums. DotNetNuke is venture backed by Sierra Ventures, August Capital and Pelion Venture Partners.
