Microsoft and
Google have sued
GeoTag, Inc., a firm which has been aggressively suing Microsoft Bing Maps and Google Maps users over a patent held by the firm. According to a filing in the Delaware District Court, the two firms are looking to overturn a patent held by GeoTag. Apparently, GeoTag has been aggressively filing lawsuits against customers using Bing Maps and Google Maps, claiming patent infringement.
