Inside Network Acquired By WebMediaBrands
Palo Alto-based Inside Network, which operates the Inside Facebook and Inside Social Games sites, has been acquired by WebMediaBrands. WebMediaBrand is paying $14M for Inside Network, including $7.5M in cash plus $6.5M in stock. WebMediaBrands is based in New York.
