LinkedIn Prices at $45
Mountain View-based LinkedIn has priced at $45.00 per share, selling 7.84M shares of its common stock in its IPO pricing Wednesday afternoon. The pricing was at the high range of its upped, $42.00 to $45.00 estimated pricing range from earlier this week. The firm will debut Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange as LNKD. Major beneficiaries of the IPO are Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, and Bessemer Venture Partners.
