Adobe Buys EchoSign
Palo Alto-base dEchoSign, a developer of web-based, electronic signature software, has been acquired by Adobe Systems. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Adobe said EchoSign's technology will become a "key component" of its document exchange services platform. EchoSign's investors included Emergence Capital Partners and Storm Ventures.
