eBay Completes Zong Buy
eBay said today that it has completed its acquisition of mobile payments provider Zong. eBay said the deal was worth $240M. The deal had originally been announced on July 7th. Zong was based in Menlo Park, and venture backed by Matrix Partners, Advent Venture Partners and Newbury Ventures.
