eBay Completes Magento Buy
San Jose-based eBay said Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of Magento, the developer of open source e-commerce software. The buy had originally been announced in June. No financial details of the acquisition have been announced. Magento is becoming part of a newly formed eBay group, X.commerce, which eBay said is focused on "integrated" open commerce.
