Oracle Buys GoAhead Software
Redwood Shores-based Oracle said this morning that it has acquired GoAhead Software, a maker of embedded software for the communications and network equipment market. Financial details of the buy were not announced. ORacle said the acquisition will help it provide more comprehensive and integrated offerings for its network equipment provider customers. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.
