San Francisco-based Yammer, the enterprise micro-messaging firm headed by David Sacks, said today that it has added $17M in funding in a fourth round of funding. The funding was led by Social+Capital Partnership, the funding arm of former Facebook VP Chamath Palihapitiya, and also included Charles River Ventures, Emergence Capital and U.S. Venture Partners. Palihapitiya joins the company's board along with the round. Yammer says it has over 100,000 businesses using its product.
