announced Wednesday afternoon that it has opened up its cloud music service,
Google Music
to its users in the United States. The new service allows users to upload the music they own, and stream it for free to any device or computer. The firm is also going head to head with Apple's iTunes store, with a new ability of the Android Market to buy songs and albums.
