SuccessFactors Completes Jobs2web Buy
San Mateo-based SuccessFactors said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Jobs2Web, which provides a suite of software to help with online recruiting. Financial terms of the deal have not been announced. Jobs2web was advised by Raymond James & Associates and Dorsey & Whitney LLP on the deal. Jobs2web was backed by Updata.
