Oracle Buys Taleo For $1.9B
Redwood Shores-based Oracle said this morning that it has acquired Taleo, the provider of human resources and talent management software, for $1.9 billion. ORacle is paying $46.00 per share for Taleo. Taleo's talent management software is used to manage employee learning, recruiting, employee development, and other human resources operations. Taleo is based in San Francisco.
