Oracle Completes Taleo Buy
Redwood Shores-based Oracle said this week that it has completed its acquisition of Taleo, which develops talent management and recruiting software. Oracle had said in February that it would acquire Taleo for $1.9 billion, or $49.00 per share. Taleo was based in San Francisco.
