KANA Software Acquires Trinicom
Menlo Park-based KANA Software, the developer of customer service management software, said yesterday that it has acquired Trinicom. Trinicom is a developer of web-based customer service software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Trinicom was based in the Netherlands.
