Audience Sets IPO Pricing Range
Mountain View-based Audience, the developer of technology for improving the voice quality of mobile phones, has set an initial pricing range of between $14.00 and $16.00 per share, according to a filing by the firm. The company said it is now planning to sell around 5,270,180 shares of its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol ADNC,. Audience is backed by New Enterprise Associates, Vulcan Capital, and Tallwood Venture Capital. The firm's IPO is being underwritten by J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Pacific Crest Securities.
