Facebook Sets IPO Pricing Range
Menlo Park-based social networking site Facebook set the estimated pricing range for its IPO at between $28.00 and $35.00 per share Wednesday, in a filing with the SEC. According to the firm, it is offering up 337,415,352 shares of its Class A common stock in the offering, which it expects to bring in $13.5 billion for the company. Facebook has applied to list on the NASDAQ Global Select Market as FB.
