Evernote, fresh off a gigantic, $70M funding round, has started shopping, saying today that it has acquired digital handwriting application
Penultimate. Penultimate is one of the most popular, iPad applications, allowing users to hand write notes into the Apple device. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Evernote just announced its big funding round last Thursday. Ben Zotto, creator of Penultimate, is joining Evernote's team with the acquisition.
