Palo Alto Networks Sets IPO Pricing Range
Santa Clara-based Palo Alto Networks, the developer of network security and monitoring devices, has set its initial estimated IPO pricing range at between $34.00 and $37.00 per share. The firm is expecting to list on the New York Stock Exchange as PANW. Palo Alto Networks is venture backed by Greylock Partners, Sequoia Capital, and Globespan Capital Partners. The firm had originally filed for its IPO in April.
