Docusign confirmed this morning that it has raised $47.5M in a funding round, led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Accel Partners, Comcast Ventures, SAP Ventures, as well as salesforce.com and the National Association of REALTORS also participated. DocuSign said that Mary Meeker of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers joins the company's board. Docusign is a provider of electronic signature software and services. The firm's other investors include Sigma+Partners, Scale Venture Partners, Frazier Technology Ventures, Ignition Partners, Second Century Ventures, WestRiver Capital LLC.
