Oracle Buys Skire In Asset Deal
Redwood Shores-based Oracle announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Skire, which provides capital program management and facilities management applications software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Oracle said it will combine Skire with its Oracle Primavera products. Skire was based in Menlo Park.
