DocuSign Adds Google, Takes Round To $55.7M
San Francisco- and Seattle-based electronic signature software developer

said this morning that it has added Google Ventures as an investor, bringing its Series D funding to a total of $55.7M. Google joins Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Accel Partners, Comcast Ventures, SAP Ventures, and un-named global institional investor in the round. Docusign develops electronic signature software and tools.
