Trimble Buys Trucking Software Firm TMW Systems
Sunnyvale-based Trimble said this morning that it has agreed to acquire TMW Systems, a developer of enterprise software for the transportation and logistics market. The deal is worth $335M in cash. TMW Systems was based in Beachwood, Ohio, and has 500 employees. According to Trimble, TMW becomes part of its Mobile Solutions segment. TMW had twelve month, trailing revenues of approximately $96M.
