Yelp Buys Qype
San Francisco-based Yelp said this morning that it has acquired European local reviews site Qype, in a deal worth approximately $50M. Yelp said the buy will help it accelerate its international expansion, and brings its more than wo million reviews and 15 million unique visitors per month across 13 countries.
