Yahoo Buys Stamped
Yahoo announced this morning that it has acquired Stamped, a Google Ventures backed develops of mobile software. Yahoo said the entire Stamped team has joined Yahoo, and will create a new center in New York to work on mobile product development. As part of the acquisition, Stamped is shutting down its current service.
