Trimble Buys Construction Software Company
Sunnyvale-based Trimble said Friday that it has acquired Vico Software, which develops software for the commercial construction industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Trimble said the asset acquisition will help extend its solutions for building construction. Trimble said that Vico Software will be reported as part of its Engineering and Construction segment.
