Halt Medical Raises $15M
Livermore-based Halt Medical has raised $15M in a funding round, which will go toward commercialization of its medical devices for treating uterine fibroids, the firm said this morning. Halt Medical said its system was recently cleared by the FDA. The funding came from American Capital.
