Practice Fusion Buys 100Plus
San Francisco-based Practice Fusion, a developer of web-based, electronic medical records software, said today that it has acquired 100Plus, a developer of personalized health prediction software based on data analytics and game mechanics. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. 100Plus was venture backed by the Founders Fund, Greylock Partners, Felicis Ventures and Band of Angels Acorn Fund. 100Plus is also based in San Francisco, and had raised around $1.25M in seed funding in 2011.
