said this morning that it has acquired
Arieso
, a developer of location-aware software used by mobile network operators to manage their 2G, 3G and 4G/LTE network performance, JDSU said it paid $85M in cash for Arieso, which is headquartered in Newbury, United Kingdom. Arieso's products are used for the self-optimized networking (SON) market.
