Ontario-based MOSAID, a provider of memory testing and other products for the semiconductor industry, is looking for a buyer. MOSAID, which has its Systems and Semiconductor IP in Santa Clara, said that it has appointed Morgan Stanley and CIBC World Markets to review its strategic alternatives. The firm's memory test and analysis systems are used by semiconductor manufacturers in their manufacturing processes.
