![]() Wednesday, June 27, 2012 SanDisk Buys Flash Software Firm Milpitas-based flash memory manufacturer SanDisk said Tuesday that it has acquired Schooner Information Technology, a developer software for managing flash-optimized database and data storage. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. SanDisk said that Schooner become part of its Enterprise Storage Solutions (ESS) team.
