    Trimble Buys WinEstimator
    Sunnyvale-based Trimble said this morning that it has acquired WinEstimator, a provider of construction cost estimating and cost modeling software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Trimble said WinEstimator will become part of its Meridian Systems subsidiary. WinEstimator had been based in Kent, Washington.

    MOG Acquired By Beats Electronics
    Berkeley-based MOG, the online, streaming music services, has been acquired by electronics maker Beats Electronics. Beats Electronics is the maker of the Beats By Dr. Dre headphones. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. MOG was venture backed by Angels Forum, Balderton Capital, Menlo Ventures, Simon Equity Partners, Sony Music Entertainment, and Universal Music Group.
